Sunday Pancake breakfast for Care Net

 Proceeds from the July 5 pancake breakfast go to the Care Net Pregnancy Services, a safe and confidential place where women (and men) facing an unplanned pregnancy can explore their options.

Care Net , which has offices in Port St. Lucie and Stuart, counsels about 1,500 clients a year.  Free pregnancy tests and free ultrasounds are performed by trained, licensed ultrasonographers.  Parenting classes are offered, and Care Net operates a boutique with various baby supplies.

I thank God for all He has done for me

Since the summer of my 6th grade year, I have been on six youth trips with this church. Every single one of those trips changed my life, and I know I would not be where I am if I did not go on them. Four of those trips were service trips, where we served the community where we stayed. Each place, Bayou La Batre, AL, Newport, TN, Talladega, AL, and San Ramon, Costa Rica, offered a new and exciting lesson that I could use to serve people in my own community. In three of those places, I helped with children’s ministries in the area.

Everyone needs a breath of fresh air once in a while!  So whether you are age one or one hundred, come join your church family at Life For Youth Camp in Vero Beach!  Only a 20 minute drive from IRPC (which is a lot closer than Africa!), you’ll find yourself in an oasis of palm trees, relaxing by the watering hole with no worries and no distractions.  So hop in your Jeep and bump on down for a weekend to remember as we Rediscover Prayer together!
