MEXICO MISSION TRIPS
For over 20 years, IRPC has supported the efforts to expand the Kingdom of Christ in Merida, Mexico. This support has been both financial and physical. In addition to annual contributions, IRPC has taken several mission trips to Merida to help build facilities needed for worship and fellowship. The picture to the left is from one of those trips.
Since 2009, GraceWay Village has served Treasure Coast residents who struggle with poverty, food scarcity, homelessness, and other tragic needs. GraceWay's formation was an outgrowth of IRPC's vision for serving unmet needs in St. Lucie County.
Its mission is to: feed those who are hungry (through Matthew's Cafe'); provide clothing to children and teens of low-income families (through Hope's Closet); and conduct workshops designed to improve lives and productivity. In ten years, GraceWay Village has served more than 75,000 meals to the hungry and supplied more than 215,000 items of clothing to 14,000 area children and teens.
Now, GraceWay Village is planning to expand its commitment to those in-need by building a Family Restorative Living Facility for homeless families. It will provide temporary housing for families as well as conduct essential life-skill training leading to their self-sufficiency and healthy family units.
CARE NET Pregnancy Services of the Treasure Coast is a Christian ministry whose mission is to defend life, to meet physical, social and spiritual needs of those who may be experiencing a crisis pregnancy, to bring healing and wholeness to lives traumatized by abortion, to present the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to challenge our communities to adopt a godly view of sexuality and the sanctity of human life.

The mission of Mustard Seed Ministries is "to coordinate the energies of the Christian churches of St. Lucie County to meet the spiritual and material needs of the whole person and to make referrals to all available relief agencies in our community to take care of those in need". IRPC is a financial supporter of Mustard Seed and its members are encouraged to provide additional support through donations for its food pantry and participation in the Community Thanksgiving Day Feast that it coordinates.
Christian Action and Relief for Haiti (CARHA) is a non-profit organization established to empower Haitian families in Haiti. Since 1998 CARHA has assisted Haitian families through Education, Evangelism, Medical Care and Family Emergency Care programs. It strives to spiritually and physically help the people of Haiti so they can create a thriving Haiti. Visit its website to learn about CARHA’s vision, results of the ministry, and how you can partner through prayer, physical help and financial support.
Since 1996, St. Lucie Habitat for Humanity has partnered with churches, businesses, and people in the community to help build affordable homes for deserving families. Future Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. In doing so, they achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance for themselves and their families. Business and volunteer support also serve to make for affordable homes. IRPC has participated in Apostle Builds with other area churches in addition to general support of Habitat’s mission.
Love's Calling International is filling a void in kingdom resourcing through prayer and teambuilding. It focuses its efforts on young adults from the time they leave high school until they are established in a new family and/or career, helping them to acquire the real-life skill of making disciples. It tries to facilitate the next spiritual step for those just out of high school. When they are ready to respond to Christ's call they sometimes need an advocate in their corner to gently nudge their communities back in to action.
Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ. The organization serves the Church worldwide to promote the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. IRPC has for several years collected shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child and has served as a local collection point for other participating churches.
Missionary Flights International's (MFI) mission is to meet the growing needs of Bible-centered missions. As it strived to meet the spiritual and physical needs of families around the world, the need for air service increased. in response, MFI acquired larger planes and added new countries. After 42 years in West Palm Beach, MFI moved to Fort Pierce in 2006. Today, it operates out of two hangars flying turbine-powered DC-3s to meet the needs of over 450 missions in the Bahamas, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and wherever the Lord directs. About 300 tons of cargo and 4,000 Christian workers are transported every year.
