Give the Gift of Financial Freedom

  • Medical debt is a growing crisis in our community. Families at 4x the poverty rate or with medical debt exceeding 5% of their income are especially likely to be financially enslaved to an unplayable debt. In the Treasure Coast alone, families like this are burdened by over $1,000,000 of medical debt collectively.

  • Jesus said, “The Spirit of the LORD is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free, and that the time of the LORD’s favor has come.”

When Jesus promises salvation, he promises a full restoration — a new life spiritually, emotionally, physically. As the church, we want to give a Christmas gift to our community that helps them experience an imperfect glimpse of the perfect restoration Jesus promises.

  • IRPC has partnered with RIP Medical Debt to bless the most vulnerable holders of medical debt in the treasure coast. This nonprofit organization uses analytics to pinpoint families in need, receives a donation from a church or community organization, and then buys real debt from real families for pennies on the dollar. On average, every $100 will cancel $10,000 of medical debt.

  • With a donation of $10,000, we can eliminate all of the medical debt — over $1,000,000 — for Treasure Coast families at 4x the poverty rate or with debt of over 5% of their income.

And, because of a generous donor, all gifts up to $5,000 will be matched dollar for dollar.

  • It’s not! RIP Medical Debt is a reputable nonprofit who has helped over 7 million families escape medical debt.

Help us reach our goal!

By working together, we have the potential to erase all of the medical debt for treasure coast families who either earn less than 4x the poverty rate or their debts are 5% or more of their annual income. All donations are tax deductible.

The deadline to give is December 31st.
