Service Ministries
Another component of our Worship + 2 model is to have every member involved in a ministry of service. We feel that being involved in an area of service greatly helps motivate your walk with God, while helping others in the process. Our Service Ministry Team supports many local and international missions through the sharing of time, talents and donations. A few of the ministries we support locally are
- Mustard Seed Ministries
- Habitat for Humanity
- Pregnancy Care Center
- Restoration House
- Grace Way Village
Throughout the year, the church will organize workdays, where groups come together to meet the needs of these organizations, as well as others in the community. All can join in these workdays, and individuals can volunteer their time at these ministries any time. We also have several ministries to support those within the church who may need support in a variety of ways. A few of the ministries you can be involved in are
- Helping Hands – a ministry to assist those in need of transportation
- Stephen Ministry – a ministry to provide support for those in difficult times
- Bereavement – provides food for families who have lost a loved one
- Visitation – visiting friends and families of IRPC who find themselves unable to attend.
