Sermon Outline:

Have you ever experienced the same deep and utter darkness Jeremiah is experiencing?

What is the true meaning of the Hebrew word hesed, as best as you can describe it?

How does understanding that we lament within the framework of God’s hesed change how you feel about sorrow?  How does it change you?

Are there times in your life you have truly experienced God’s hesed?

Are there people in your life God is calling you to show His hesed to?

Would you like to receive the sermon notes early?
If you would like to receive the sermon notes and scripture passage via email prior to the Sunday morning sermon please email your request to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  or stop by the church office.  We believe if the scripture and sermon notes were provided to the congregation in advance of the sermon, people could study and prepare their hearts and minds for what they will be hearing on Sunday morning.
