In order to become more efficient, we have created the these forms to be used by all members and friends of IRPC. Form Descriptions
1. When holding a function at either campus, please call Debbie first to make sure the room is available. 2. Bulletin Announcement Form – This form is to be used for any/all announcements and inserts to be placed in the bulletin. The forms must be received no later than 8:30am on Wednesday mornings in order to be printed in the upcoming Sunday bulletin. 3. SonScriber Request Form – This form is to be used for any/all announcements to be placed in the SonScriber. This form must be received no later than the 20th of the month in order to be printed in the next newsletter. Please note: June & July SonScriber is combined and the deadline for this newsletter will be May 31st. 4. Facility Use Request Form & Room Setup Form – If you are holding a special function at the church we will need this form to schedule accordingly. On the back of the form you will find a Room Setup Form, this form MUST be completed at least one (1) week in advance in order to fulfill your requests. Be very specific on the Room Setup Form by placing landmarks in the room such as windows, doors, kitchen, etc. This helps to determine exactly where the tables and chairs should be placed. 5. Check Request Form – This form is used when you need reimbursement from ONE account. Checks are written each Tuesday and Friday. 6. Check Request Form for Multiple Accounts: This form is used when you have purchased items for more than one group or function and want to receive one check in return for the entire purchase. Example: Food for Pancake Breakfast AND Kitchen Supplies like coffee – OR – Supplies for Moms Morning Out and Sunday Morning Fellowship. Checks are written each Tuesday and Friday. Please make copies as needed. 7. Sermon Request Form – This form is used for anyone requesting a copy of the weekly sermon or the entire worship service. Once the form is completed you would leave this in Dale Dixon’s mailbox here at the church. He will make a CD and will leave it for you at the Information Booth the following Sunday. There is currently no fee, but donations for CD’s are appreciated. 8. Map of Facilities – This will be helpful when holding functions in specific rooms.
